today it seems as though its my most memorable day of the ENTIRE year'em!

went out wif ashley to cini to catch 'yes man' super hilarious but quite draggy...and this is my 4th day in orchard in 1 week LOL went to say hi to bryan den left.walk around,took train to pasir ris den took a bus to expo for service.and and at service got a mini np squad guys gathering^^ and i invited sijie and minghui haha(:

the christmas drama was great haha especially all the singaporean jokes!the service ended quite early so we all took off to bedok interchange for supper haha

this is wad ended my day on a high can!

first,zhen yen asked del to go buy a bottle of beer.and guess wad the auntie actually sold it to him without any hesitation.sooo i went to their table to drink.and very fast we finished one bottle so i went to 'try' and get 2 more.and the auntie also let lor!so next time must go hawker centre if underage people wan beer haha!and we jus started drinkin a few glasses of beer and of course wif zhen yen leading LOL

when we finished it was 11 plus and i was uber high lor!i started shouting merry christmas and everyone thought i was drunk haha^^took the last bus home wif hewei and this is how i ended my day!haha

went to sch wif lunch wif someone.den got a job a the bookshop for 3 days LOL went to shenton way to help my dad do some tedious data logging,staring at the mini screen for 3 hrs straight can!

at around 5 plus walked all the way to city hall mrt but it was quite amazing because its the first time i get to enjoy all the landmarks at marina bay such as the singapore river and fullerton...

got lost at citylink and the underpass at esplande and also at toa payoh mrt.

started work today.7-10 telemarketing at era.super sucky cus alot of people are not home and all the no.s i get are malay which results in me often mispronouncing their names and often mixed up whether they are a GUY/LADY super embrassing lah...Zzzzz

hope tomorrow will be a better day haah and anyone got any shor term jobs such as a few days kind,and must be in the morning pls call me!

FIRSTLY A WARNING TO ALL THERE'S GOIN TO BE A WHOLE LOT OF PICTURES SO BEWARE

day1 (28/11/08) singapore-taipei
reached the airport at 11.heard tat the flight was chartered by a few travel agencies LOL was brief by our tour leader about alot of stuff.from a '10 min' brief talk,it became close to 40 mins=.=

day2 (29/11/08) taipei
boarded the plane at 1 plus and was on the way to taiwan haha.reached around 6 plus and i can tell you tat during winter time,daytime is extremely short! sun is out at around 7 and will set by 5 in the afternoon (seems like our 9pm).

experience taiwan's "bullet train".though its speed can be compared to those in china and japan but when sitting in it,it never reached its maximum speed due to the many winding bends on the hillsides.

next went to our first scenic location,the National Taiwan Democracy Memorial Hall.and apparently taiwan is so democratic tat protesting are allowed and the police didn't bother to do anything!

there are protesters behind us haha but no worries cus they are not violent!

went to chuifen street to try the first of many local delights haha den wen to yeliu stone park to see stones which resembles objects haha really UNCANNY!!!

went to my first night market in taiwan,called shilin night market.ended the long day quite late at around 9 plus! dead tired :S

day 3 (30/11/08) taipei-ilan leisure farm
started off the day quite early when we went to the Martyrs Shrine to watch the changing of guards' procession ceremony.looks exactly like np's fancy sia (jus tat theirs more professional =x)

went to the National Palace Museum,is among the ranks of the 4 biggest museums in the world.saw alot of antiques but only appreciated a few haha.went to lover's bridge next.said to be a bidge for lovers hahahhahah :D

checked in early for a farm stay at Ilan Lesiure Farm.joined in many interesting activities like top spinning,making of tang yuan and the releasing of 'heavenly lanterns'

the tang yuan we made.apparently all are uneven but it all tastes good haha^^

the room we slept in has lots of "friends" in it which was quite scary sia haha

day 4 (1/12/08) ilan leisure farm-hualian-taitung
started the day wif reliving my childhood but its a much bigger version haha

went to some gorge called taroko which has some magnificent scenery.
checked in the hotel at around 4 plus.its a hot spring hotel which has alot of facilities.best hotel i have been to in taiwan! tat night also had some interesting activities at the hotel. an aboriginal performance was put up which was rather similar to indo culture haha

day 5 (2/12/08) taitung-kaosiung

nth much to do on this day.went to Forkuangshan which is a mountain/hill which is full of Buddha statues.followed by the Spring and Autumn Pavilions,which has a gigantic dragon and tiger statues.
next we went to Dream Mall which is 3 mega malls.i shall say again ,3 MEGA malls COMBINED together tats like bigger than vivo lah!went to my next night market for more local delights haha.tats where i also found out tat there is a very interesting local delight tat tastes like staty^^ (yum yum) its called qi li xiang,exactly like jay chou's song however if you wan to noe wad it mean its actually BBQ CHICKEN BACKSIDE! many people jus can't overcome this physcological barrier LOL





got uber wet lah!

went to Janfusan Prince Hotel to stay for the night.it has a theme park jus a few mins walk!and we went to watch some performance which resembles a circus haha the night lights were awesome'em

tried to 'kiss' it but i was rejected haha

day 7 (4/12/08) jianfushan fancy world-taipei
spent the first half of the day at the theme park behind the hotel.it opened at 9 but we are all kan-chiong spiders haha so were the first to start queueing for the rides.there's actually a ride called G-5 which was a roller coaster ride consisting of a VERTICAL drop of 12 stories high! but to bad didn't have the luck to try it due to it being under maintance LOL
i got so giddy when i took this ride and it jus keeps on spinning round and round zzz

some roller coaster ride haha quite fun cus it feels dangerous xD

left the theme park after lunch den took a 4 hr bus ride to taipei super groggy can.went to see taipei 101 immediately upon reaching taipei.world's tallest building until next year LOL

guess what! inside the shopping mall is almost exactly like singapore's paragon sia! all the uber ex stuff there LOL and guess wad...i got 2 items can! but they are all books haha in taiwan its cheaper otherwise i wouldn't bother haha


went to ximending after dinner and bought lots of things from there haha


day 8 (5/12/08) taipei
today is free and easy haha so decided to meet up wif kristine and her friend.went to ximending again cus its simply too huge le.somemore ytd only got 2hrs to shop so its not enough! haha anw we met at around 10 plus den took their mrt.haha went to eat breakfast at ting kua kua (sounds so weird LOL) den her friend called li-nan came haha same cg as her and i found out tat she's coming over next year for SOT haha so can meet here again^^


explored practically the whole ximending.and and li-nan practically noes the way around unlike kristine haha

she 'brought' me back to my hotel and tats the end of my tour haha took the 7 plus flight and reached singapore at around 1 bah.

the largest stadium in taiwan i think.and it seriously doesn't look like one from the outside LOL

overall this trip was enjoyable other than the travelling time which was realy ALOT.and i still wan to be in taiwan now! haha

and it took me 2.5 hr to rmb the place and upload the photos sia=.="

hi people haha now in taiwan some hot spring hotel (again-.-").freaking good facilities here! there's an arcade in the hotel itself and the basketball game cost just SGD 0.50 per game which is freaking cheap haha(: almost everywhere here,even the night markets have it LOL

no time for shopping yet sia but there will be a few more night markets i will be visiting^^v

gotta go now for my dinner.talk more about it when i get back to singapore!
